Fighting the problem becomes complicated because when home buying companies renovate and resell homes, new units of housing become available for families that are safe and free of problems. This is a great thing because it increases the housing supply.

Commercial Real Estate Star leadership has come up with an alternative view of affordable housing and that alternative has slashed the average rent payment in thirds for our guests. That means that our method allows families to live for 33% of the rent and utilities cost of living in a single family house or an apartment.

Safe Haven Communities for Affordable Living

We offer price stressed individuals low-cost housing options free from judgment, free from the crime of the inner cities In our communities, we take the following measures to ensure families and individuals can simply live their lives away from the pressure of modern day housing prices:

  • We limit utility deposits for all residents. In single family and apartment housing, utility deposits for gas, electric, and water. The combination of all these deposits can sometimes make leasing housing difficult for renters, and can sometimes cause renters to go into debt.
  • We do not charge deposits for new leases. Unlike single family and apartment housing, our residents do not have to come up with first and last month’s rent as a deposit for housing. 
  • We keep rent to affordable levels for all residents, and especially for our tenants that are senior citizens, disabled, or on fixed incomes. 
  • New residents are not subjected to credit checks

Our parks are truly communities where open air and idealism mix with practicalism. In addition to keeping housing affordable, we make sure that onsite park hosts are available almost 24/7 for the needs of our residents. Management is performed at the local level, so most minor problems can be resolved quickly. Our RV communities, on average, are situated on ten acres of land and have residents from all walks of life from construction workers, to teachers, even city officials and doctors.

Some of the communities even have deep fishing ponds where families can fish for Bass, Carp, Catfish, Perch, Bluegill, and even Garr. Overall, we have noticed that our residents have a higher quality of life and are less likely to have housing related financial issues than those living in traditional and expensive housing options. The savings equate to a higher standard of living, where tenants are able to save more of their paychecks, afford more meals out with their families, afford groceries, and get to experience the pleasures of things they would not be able to afford if they lived in expensive housing.
